Terms of Service

Awards (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a web service that allows users to create and share award pages online. The Service is free to use and does not require account registration.

By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals

- Activities that infringe upon the rights of others (defamation, privacy violation, etc.)

- Registering false information

- Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service

- Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on servers

- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator. Rights to content created by users through the Service belong to the users, but users grant the operator a license to use such content to the extent necessary for operating the Service.

The operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service may be modified or interrupted without prior notice. The operator shall not be involved in and shall bear no responsibility for any disputes between users or between users and third parties arising from content created by users through the Service.

The operator may modify the content of or terminate the Service. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service. The operator shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator.
